I found that there is a lot of wisdom in your approach. I had already started working on myself and the method helped me a lot. I believe that the combination of healthy juices and applying the art of living in the present are the two factors that reduced my anxiety and made my panic attacks go away.
First of all, thank you for your humanitarian action - our world is so much in need of gesture like your initiative. I started by changing my diet with fruit and vegetable juices made with a slow speed juicer as suggested and I immediately saw improvement. My migraines stopped within a few days.
I just finished reading your document on the 7 changes to health. I found it very interesting. You are a great demonstration of self-determination in taking charge of your global health, as we say in nursing jargon. I'm sure your story will motivate many.

I was scared! ... because I recognize myself in each of the 7 stages. I have read several books on the subject surrounding health but this is the first time that I have felt really challenged.
